Our programs change lives. Will you help us fund them?

We are asking a few of our key partners to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our work. By becoming a fundraiser for Chris Hope Foundation, you will help more families with a child diagnosed with a chronic illness, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good. Some of our ongoing programs include:

The CHF Family House: In 2020, we responded to the need for both transitional housing and out of town lodging for families through the purchase and renovation of the CHF Family House. The financial and emotional burdens families face while their loved one undergoes treatment are often overlooked. Although some hospitals provide lodging during treatment and follow-up appointments, there are several common reasons that disqualify families from being able to take advantage of the free resources – leaving them responsible for more unexpected expenses.
Happy Hearts: This program was born out of our desire to bring final wishes to pediatric patients in hospice or end-of-life care. Through Happy Hearts, we grant a wide array of requests, which may range from a custom shirt to a family gathering or outing. In partnership with Le Bonheur, we also give a mini-shopping spree to one patient a month in our “Kid of the Month” initiative.

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can assist families facing financial hardship, increase education, provide specific needs, and assist in activities that enhance their quality of life.
